The Bear Devo program offers aspiring athletes the chance to experience top-tier coaching, team support, and race opportunities, all while working towards joining the Bear National Team.

Our goal is to give athletes the same experience, training, and opportunities as the Bear National Team, setting them up for success in future races and potential team advancement.
